Senior Valuation Surveyor with extensive experience in real estate and especially the valuation of residential and commercial real estate including retail, office, industrial and management properties located in Germany and major european cities, ranging from small single family houses to large portfolios of commercial properties.

Excellent team leader with strong analytical, organisational and project management skills. Currently leading a team of over 20 valuation surveyors and 5 staff members producing valuation reports for several hundreds of properties with a total value of more than ten billion Euros per year.

Specialties: Valuation of residential, commercial and industrial properties as well as management properties for all valuation purposes (transactions, financing, court, etc.) with a special interest in valuations for tax purposes.
