Prof. Dr Patrick L. Krauskopf is head of the Center for Business Law and Compliance at the ZHAW School of Management and Law. He is an attorney (Zurich/New York) and Chairman of the law firm AGON PARTNERS. In the past, he was a law clerk at the Federal Supreme Court in Lausanne and Vice Director and Chief of International Affairs at the Swiss Competition Commission (Comco).
