Gertjan is a corporate tax expert specializing in facilitating clients in both establishing and expanding their Dutch business operations. He has considerable experience in litigating under both Dutch and EU law for multinational clients and has a strong track record in negotiations with the Dutch tax authorities for resolving tax disputes and concluding advance tax rulings. He has a healthy relationship with inspectors from the Dutch tax authorities, including members of the Dutch APA team and various knowledge groups, and close contacts within both the Dutch Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs.
